you can use them with the crack but it will get bigger very slowly but it will... and i shouldnt damage them anymore

yeah they would, it might have a bit of rake, idk never seen a 09 with 200mm forks before. umm i dont know if you can repair it maby weld it, that might work but what i suggest is to order in whole new lowers for only 200(my local bike shop said that).

yeah, they have a crack but i priced it out to order new lowers it would onlybe 200 so.. 400 in total for these forks and the lowers will be bran new so worth getting... do you want them? :P
